Job Overview:
As a Health Insurance Agent at Wayman Health Advisors, you will be a key player in helping clients navigate the complexities of health insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the purchase of insurance policies, ensuring clients have comprehensive coverage that meets their healthcare requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs and financial considerations to recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Product Presentation: Present and explain health insurance products, policies, and options to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Sales Process: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to policy selection and application submission.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
